Host Rules
Booking Policy • 50% at the point of booking • Bookings can only be guaranteed with a deposit • All invoices should be settled by the client within 24 - 48 hours of the invoice date. • Hall will be given out after the set time on a 1st pay basis. • 100% must be paid on the day or last day of the event • Strictly no refund policy. • Booking can be rescheduled to cover deposited amount • Hourly booking requires a refundable deposit for an additional hour • Discount available for block booking • Operating Hours 8am - 6pm • Additional Time will attract hourly charge for the Room / Hall • Cancellation should be at least 72 hours before the event Our Rules • Strictly No Smoking policy • Room / hall to be vacated 30 minutes after the agreed time
